Get ready to witness 5 months of water, sweat and tears in my latest Chase Dreams video series episode with “Parkour Master VS Wakeboarding.” 🤩🌊
The journey began just 5 months ago when I decided to step out of my comfort zone and dive headfirst into the world of wakeboarding. With over 20 years of experience in Parkour, free running, and acrobatics under my belt, I thought I had seen it all. But boy, was I in for a surprise!
My extensive background in Parkour proved to be the secret weapon I needed to fast-track my wakeboarding journey. The agility, balance, and fearlessness I had developed over two decades of leaping off rooftops and mastering flips translated seamlessly into the world of water sports. 🌟
Pulling off flips, jumps, and grinds on a wakeboard felt like second nature, thanks to the countless hours I had spent perfecting similar moves on solid ground. It’s almost like Parkour had been preparing me for this epic crossover all along! Wake boarding has been the perfect summer sport! Im in Love!
But it wasn’t just about the physical skills. Wakeboarding has proven to be an incredible workout for both my body and mind. The rush of gliding across the water, the exhilaration of catching air off the wake, and the thrill of conquering new tricks has injected a whole new level of excitement into my life. 💪🏄♂️
Stay tuned for more epic content, crazy stunts, and mind-blowing challenges as I continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the world of extreme sports. It’s going to be a wild ride, and I’m so glad you’re here to join me on this incredible journey.
Until then, keep flipping, keep shredding, and keep living life to the fullest. See you on the other side of awesome! 🤘😎
]]>Whats up Legends! It’s a thrilling day as I sit down to share the behind-the-scenes story of the latest episode in my series, “Chase Your Dreams.” This episode is close to my heart because it takes me back to my childhood, a time when I developed a passion that would stay with me just as strong now as it was then – a passion for cars. From an early age, I was fascinated by cars. Whether it was the sleek lines of a sports car or the rumble of a powerful engine, the world of cars was my wonderland. I remember spending hours playing with scalextric, collecting model cars, and even learning to identify every different car brand make and model from afar. Childhood Dreams Become Adult Aspirations This episode is all about how the influences and stimuli we receive as children play a massive role in inspiring us as adults. My childhood passion for cars laid the foundation for a dream that would accompany me through life – the dream of owning a Porsche. The Porsche Spyder Dream As I reveal in the episode, the Porsche Spyder had always been a dream car. Its exquisite design, the power it packed under the hood, and the sheer allure of the Porsche brand made it a goal to own. I share the story of how I persevered to turn that childhood dream into a tangible reality. The Power of Chasing Childhood Dreams One of the key messages of this episode is the importance of chasing our childhood dreams. Sometimes, life’s twists and turns lead us away from our passions, but they should never be forgotten. The positive, uplifting vibe of this episode conveys that no dream is too big or too small, and the journey is as valuable as the destination. Sharing the Uplifting Message The video is now live on YouTube, and I couldn’t be more excited to share this uplifting message with all of you. I hope it inspires you to revisit your own childhood passions and reignite the dreams that may have taken a backseat. This episode is a reminder that dreams can come true when we pursue them with dedication and enthusiasm. So, please take a moment to watch the latest episode of “Chase Your Dreams,” and if it resonates with you, share it far and wide. Let’s spread the message of chasing your childhood dreams and making them a reality. Your support means the world to me, and I hope this episode brings a smile to your face and a spark to your dreams. Thank you for being a part of this amazing journey. During breaks in filming or downtime, Adam would gather the team for skill-sharing sessions. These moments were invaluable, as they allowed us to learn new stunt techniques, exchange ideas, and strengthen our bond as a team. It was this emphasis on continuous improvement that set our team apart and made every day on set an opportunity to evolve and excel.
One of the undeniable highlights of my time on “The Witcher” was the monumental bank fight scene. Picture this: a gripping 50-man brawl set in the heart of a bank, with the iconic Michelle Yeoh leading the charge. The sheer magnitude of the scene was awe-inspiring, and being a part of it was an adrenaline rush like no other. As a practitioner of Wushu Kung Fu, I had idolised Michelle Yeoh ever since her mesmerising performance in “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.” To stand alongside her and contribute to such an extraordinary sequence was a big tick off the bucket list.
Michelle’s recent performance in “Everything Everywhere All at Once” only solidified my admiration for her. Her dedication, skill, and sheer talent radiated on and off the screen, inspiring everyone fortunate enough to work with her. It was a humbling experience to witness her passion and professionalism firsthand, a shining example of what it means to be a true artist.
But being a part of “The Witcher” was not just about the action scenes or the star-studded cast. As a core member of the stunt team, I had the privilege of involvement from start to finish. From contributing to the pre-visualization of action sequences to stepping into the shoes of various characters in multiple scenes, every moment was a testament to the collaborative spirit that defined our team.
Reflecting on my time working on “The Witcher” TV series fills me with an overwhelming sense gratitude. The opportunity to push my boundaries, learn from the best, and contribute to a cult TV series was a special experience. The bonds forged on set, the lessons learned, and the memories created will forever be etched in my mind.
As always with these long runs on a film you get to meet some truly legendary people, you create a family for the time you work together, and I will always look back at the times we had on this job as some of the best working experiences of my career. Again special shout out to my man Adam Horton who made it all possible.

It was a crazy series of events let me tell you. I had just cycled 300 miles with my younger brother Cole from Basingstoke to lands end. The morning after arriving my phone rang and I received a job offer to go and shoot a commercial out in India. With no time to take in the epic ride I was on a train back home, to pack my bags and fly off to Mumbai that same day. The shoot was for Van Heusen, a repeat client I work with. We shot some great material together and just as we had finished the phone rang again! My good friend Adam was calling me asking when I could get back to the UK as my name had been put forward to stunt double for Mark Wahlburg! I booked a new return flight and jumped on a plane to London. Not even having time to go home and drop my things I went straight for a meeting at the studio and was given the job!
It was an awesome experience to meet Mark and his team and do stunts for him. The very first scene I did with him was a parkour escape with a samurai sword! Right up my ally. We did all kinds of crazy shit in that movie, falling from motorbikes, fighting with all kinds of weapons, wire work, water work and even some outdoor wind tunnel skydiving! It really was an intense period of my life as I had recently recovered from snapping my achilles tendon.
The scariest stunt had to be having a fight in a revolving plane! It was like being in a huge washing machine that could move on all axis! It was one of the only stunts I have done where I really did not know how the outcome would be. We did get a little battered and bruised but we both walked out of there in one piece which was a massive relief.
I would say I most enjoyed spending time using Tom Cruises outdoor wind tunnel and watching some of the worlds best do their thing on it. The water tank was epic too as I was able to use my freediving skills to make the stunts as safe as they could be. Not many people would feel comfortable with weights bring put in your pockets, round your ankles and wrists and dropped from a 5 meter platform pretending to die, sinking to the bottom with no ability to use your hands and equalise your ears.
Stunt doubling Mark was really inspiring as his training routine is no joke, I dont know anyone that trains as hard and regularly as he does. It did kick me up the arse to work hard and get in my best shape as there were a few topless shots. It was cool to do some upside down sit ups that made the edit!
The film is out now on Amazon Prime and I highly recommend watching it, super cool cast and great action sequences. Check out the trailer.

We drove a few hours to find it, very remote and away from most of the touristy towns and cities. It is found in a place called Cetina, such a beautiful and picturesque location being right next to a chapel.
The water is Crystal clear, you can see 20 meters down before it starts to go deeper and darker. I always imagined myself swimming down and being one with this place, I knew the waters were going to have a special energy about it, and I wasn’t wrong. I actually swallowed some before diving down accidentally and it just felt like taking a sip of really refreshing spring water you would by in a posh glass bottle.
Freediving does give you a sense of connection, it also makes you feel small and in awe of nature’s scale and expanse. It was colder than expected, a chilly 10 degrees which Is not crazy cold considering I have been in 3 degrees and swam 120 meters but to dive down without a wetsuit was quite hard for me and I only managed 6 meters when a normal casual dive for me is 10m+. I was a little gutted I couldn’t have gone deeper but I guess it was better to be on the safe side as I50m would be quite the rescue mission!
This was such a great experience in which I was able to see something that really inspired me and physically manifest it. You definitely get more power every time you tick off a dream.
Don’t stop chasing yours.

To set the scene we were out in Germany shooting the Uncharted movie for a good 4 months and we knew once we had finished we would be heading to Barcelona for the final 3 weeks filming. What we didn’t know was how we would get there, Lauren and I assumed it would be on a normal plane as you do.
Were now in the mini bus heading to the airport talking about how we both really wanted to fly on a private jet and said it would for sure happen one day. A few minutes later we pull into a small airport and our bags are being taken from the van and we’re escorted to a waiting room. We were super excited by this point! We were sharing the plane with a small group including Tati Gabrielle the lead Villain, her two hench men Pingi and Steve along with Cowboy, Sophia and Mark's hair and makeup team. All total legends and as soon as the wheels took off the ground we were popping the celebratory drinks and raiding the snack draws! It really was an awesome experience, so comfortable with sofas and reclining chairs.
We all laughed so hard and the jokes were coming out thick and fast, there must have been something in the brownies 😂
It was amazing to land, walk through security, I swear they didn’t check my passport and then magically end up at the hotel after being whisked away by another mini bus.
Well it was a mad day and just one of those moments when you find yourself smiling to yourself. Having come from humble beginnings, a trip like that really creates lasting memories.
My motto is to Chase your Dreams and I have not stopped since day 1. When they start coming true one after the other you realise that a positive mindset and faith in yourself can take you all the way.
Go get it!
]]>We were working on the Fast and Furious live stunt show which was touring Europe when the show director felt it was missing something to spice up the show and give the crowd something to really put them at the edge of their seats. He decided to spring this idea of having myself and good friend Adam take it in turns to flip over a car driving 40mph towards us!
We had both wanted to try this stunt in a safe environment anyway so we agree and the training began. We ran it many times getting closer and closer to the car as it came towards us. That first flip over was insane! Deciding to run head onto it and know there’s no going back, no room for a misplaced foot…
We both went mental after we had successfully flipped the car! Adrenaline was at an all time high! I went on to complete the live stunt in front of thousands of people 25 times. I don’t know if I would have wanted to do it without Adam. Together we were able to hype each other up before every show, making sure we were fully focused, warmed up and ready to succeed.
This was an example of how a shared dream and team work can take you all the way.
Bucket list item, ✔️
On to the next one..

When I was told the true story of Arthur the king I was blown away by the script and the fact it was set around an adventure race where competitors have to race through some of the hardest terrain for hundreds of miles with little to no sleep using bikes, kayaks, climbing and by foot the smile on my face went from ear to ear.
This film had everything I was passionate about, travelling, climbing, jumping off waterfalls, flying down hills on a bike it was the stuff my daily life consisted of, so I was ready from the get go.
Because of the COVID situation I almost didn’t get to live this dream, it was the beginning of 2021 and airports were starting to stop people from travelling, but luckily I did make it! I was so happy to be leaving the UK winter for a tropical paradise to do what I love with legendary people.
The villa where I was living was a lush 2 bed with 3 bathrooms! 50 meters walk down to the white sandy beaches and a 5 minute walk from where Mark's villa was where we would train most mornings. I say mornings, In extreme cases I would be waking up at 2am to head over to the villa and we would be working out at 3am! The team went hard every session! Usually a mixture of F45 style training with some heavy lifting for finishers. Shannon the legend put together some mean programs for us each morning and hooked us up with a freshly made protein shake to go, wow it was good!
Some mornings I would be showered and ready to start a day of work at 4:45am! For someone who's biggest struggle in life was waking up early this really was a test! But then I love to push myself and try to become my best version and I have to say spending time around Mark and his team really did inspire me to be better!
Not only was the job epic, but what really made it, was the people. The stunt co-ordinator and rigging team were awesome! the other doubles were so lovely and now friends of mine and the cast rocked! We had Nathalie Emmanuel from Fast and Furious 9, Simu Liu from Shang Chi and Ali Suliman from Lone Survivor and of course the main man Mark Wahlburg.
I got to spend some good time getting to know the man himself Mikael Lindnord who was the guy who lived the real life story. We really got on as we both had the passion for the great outdoors and get some epic snorkeling in during some down time.
Not forgetting the star of the show, Ukai the dog! playing the role of Arthur. What a special experience it was to spend so much time with Ukai, I love dogs and it was such a privilege to spend time together on and off screen.
This is going to be one incredible film to watch I can promise you that. They always are special when they are based on a true story. If you want to watch a short documentary and understand more about the story then watch this piece from ESPN. Be warned it will pull your heart strings a little.
